Lead UX Designer - Platform Tools

Quince is seeking a Lead UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of internal Platform Tools that support critical business and operational workflows. This hands-on role involves problem definition, product strategy, detailed design, and iteration, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. You will also contribute to shaping the company's AI-native design approach.

• Own UX design end to end for Platform Tool product areas
• Design dashboards and data-heavy interfaces for business operations
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, scalable workflows
• Define information architecture, interaction models, and detailed UI
• Prototype and iterate quickly to validate solutions
• Partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality
