Join SWIB's Software Engineering team as a UI/UX Intern to design intuitive internal web applications that support investment research and operations. You will translate complex data into clear user experiences and explore innovative design-to-code workflows using tools like Figma and AI.

What we are looking for

Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for internal web applications
Translate complex workflows and dense information into clear user experiences
Participate in user research and iterate on designs with stakeholders
Help evolve reusable Figma components and explore design-to-code workflows
Familiarity with Figma or comparable design tools
Understanding of user-centered design practices
