Human Factors Usability Researcher & Evaluator

As a Human Factors Usability Researcher & Evaluator, you will conduct rigorous, data-driven research to optimize system usability and advocate for the user. You will analyze user workflows, design and execute studies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and engineering teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the design and performance of critical systems.

• Analyze user workflows, tasks, and decision-making processes
• Design and execute comprehensive usability studies
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Produce usability reports and actionable recommendations
• BA/BS degree in a related field with 3-8 years of Human Factors research experience
• Proficiency in various user experience research methodologies

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
