Staff Product Designer

Typeface is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, leveraging AI tools daily to create world-class user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of AI and the ability to work independently, mentor other designers, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas
• Utilize AI tools daily for faster workflows and prototyping
• Build prototypes, flows, and production-ready work independently
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and data teams
• Mentor other designers and elevate the team's AI-native working methods
• 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
