Staff Product Designer, Shop

Fanatics is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design direction for the Shop experience within their global digital sports platform app. This hands-on role involves owning the end-to-end design of discovery, merchandising, product details, and the purchase flow, while also contributing to the app's design system and mentoring other designers.

• Lead end-to-end design for the Shop experience, including discovery, merchandising, and checkout
• Drive multi-milestone design programs with minimal oversight
• Contribute to and evolve the FanApp design system patterns
• Utilize prototyping and AI tools for validation within the product environment
• Set design evaluation standards and mentor junior designers
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering Managers within the Shop pod
