Lead UX Designer

As a Lead UX Designer, you will craft exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible designs. You will lead complex design initiatives, contribute to enterprise design systems, and partner cross-functionally to drive product strategy and digital transformation.

• Lead design efforts across multiple products and journeys
• Utilize AI-enabled tools for accelerated ideation and prototyping
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and design system teams
• Design and evolve enterprise-scale design systems in Figma
• Guide and mentor other designers through critiques and knowledge sharing
• Apply UX best practices and human judgment to AI-generated concepts
