Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Lead UX Researcher to define and lead the Research Operations strategy, practice, and innovation across the organization. This role involves shaping how research is scaled and valued, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives.

What we are looking for

Define and own long-term Research Ops strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap
Serve as principal authority and internal thought leader on Research Ops discipline
Lead enterprise-level Research Ops transformation initiatives
Establish and govern enterprise standards for research repositories, insight management, and participant protection
Partner with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders to drive strategic alignment
Lead the design and institutionalization of AI-enabled research systems
