What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end design of complex customer and employee experiences in Home Lending
Apply service design and systems thinking to improve cross-product and cross-team experiences
Create user flows, IA, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and reusable patterns
Utilize research, usability testing, and AI tools to inform design decisions
Develop compelling visual and written narratives for end-to-end journeys
Partner closely with Product, Technology, Content Strategy, and business teams
