About this role

Altruist is seeking an experienced Founding Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of Hazel, an AI platform for wealth management. This individual contributor role involves designing complex AI agent workflows, shaping product strategy, and evolving the design system. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to create intuitive and trustworthy AI-assisted tools for financial advisors.
