Brand Designer

Afresh is seeking a Brand Designer to own the company's visual brand within the Marketing team. This role involves end-to-end design execution across various platforms, including web, video, sales enablement, campaigns, and events. You will partner with marketing leadership to translate strategy into compelling visuals and build a scalable design system.

• Own visual brand execution across web, video, sales enablement, campaigns, and events
• Partner with marketing leadership and content strategists on visual communication
• Lead design end-to-end for major initiatives
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and templates
• Set standards for AI-assisted design tools
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight
