UI Design Associate

Kyndryl is seeking a User Interface Designer to create clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive digital product interfaces. You will focus on user flow and how visual elements support navigation, translating product intent and user needs into usable and accessible designs. This role involves balancing independent design work with collaboration across design and delivery teams.

• Design user interfaces for web or digital applications
• Understand visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design
• Design at skeleton and surface levels of the experience
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
• Apply and contribute to design systems
• Translate requirements into production-ready interface designs
