UX Designer

A1 is building a proactive AI assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, and workflows. As a UX Designer, you will own the core app experience, designing end-to-end user flows for AI-assisted tasks. You will ensure the product feels clear, reliable, and controllable for users interacting with complex AI systems.

• Own UX for A1's core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web
• Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks
• Map and design the full range of AI states a user encounters
• Work with product, engineering, and ML teams
• Conduct usability research and translate findings into design decisions
• Produce wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
