Senior Product Designer

Capital One Canada is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Experience Design team. You will translate complex product challenges into intuitive and accessible digital experiences across the full product development lifecycle, working closely with product and engineering teams in a data-informed environment. This role requires a deep understanding of native iOS, Android, and Web platforms, a commitment to digital accessibility, and the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor junior designers.

• Design intuitive and accessible experiences across the product development lifecycle
• Leverage native platform capabilities and embed accessibility best practices
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams in an iterative environment
• Utilize analytics and user testing to optimize user journeys
• Shape high-level vision and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to and govern the Design System
