Director, UI/UX Designer

Lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences for Coca-Cola's next generation of enterprise products. This role involves transforming complex requirements into elegant user experiences, championing user-centered design, and ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive adoption and business value.

• Lead end-to-end design of digital experiences for enterprise products
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to translate business objectives into user experiences
• Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Champion user-centered design methodologies and synthesize user research
• Design experiences for data-intensive, AI-enabled products
• Mentor and coach designers to elevate design capabilities
