Principal Product Designer. Brand and Experience (Contract, Hands-On)

OfferUp is seeking a hands-on Principal Product Designer to translate brand strategy into a more distinctive and locally relevant product experience. This individual contributor role involves designing key user experiences, developing testable hypotheses, and building reusable design patterns to improve user comprehension, activation, and trust.

• Translate brand strategy into product experience principles
• Design strategically important user experiences in Figma
• Develop and test hypotheses connecting design to outcomes
• Build reusable interaction, visual, and content patterns
• Assess and recommend improvements to the design operating model
• Partner closely with UX Design and Consumer Product teams
