Visual Designer

Picogrid is seeking a Visual Designer to extend and standardize our brand across all company materials, from presentations to hardware. You will partner closely with the Design Lead and cross-functional teams to build visual systems and tools that enable high-quality, on-brand output at scale. This role is perfect for a designer who excels at graphic fundamentals, systems thinking, and leveraging AI for efficient production.

• Apply and extend Picogrid's brand across diverse physical and digital mediums
• Develop and document brand standards, creating templates and tools for broader use
• Build AI-assisted workflows to streamline brand asset production
• Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development to drive brand adoption
• 3-5 years of professional graphic and brand design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, typography, and systems thinking

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
