Lead Brand Designer

Mercor is seeking a Visual/Brand Designer to own the evolution of their brand identity across all touchpoints. You will translate complex ideas about AI and work into compelling visual systems and create high-impact brand assets. This role involves partnering closely with various teams to bring Mercor's story to life and build a scalable brand system.

• Own brand identity evolution across all external and internal touchpoints
• Translate complex ideas about AI, talent, and work into visual systems
• Create polished, high-impact brand assets for web, social, campaigns, and events
• Develop and maintain a distinctive, modern visual language
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to tell Mercor's story
• Build a scalable brand system, templates, and guidelines
