Expedia is seeking a Director/Principal Motion Designer to define and elevate our motion language across product and brand. You will craft delightful UI motion, create clear motion specifications for engineers, and direct compelling editorial and promotional motion content. This role is key to ensuring our products feel polished and our brand stories land effectively.

What we are looking for

Define and evolve Expedia's motion language and principles
Design and prototype UI motion for product transitions and micro-interactions
Create engineering-ready motion specs for iOS, Android, and web
Design, build, or direct sizzle reels, product launch videos, and promotional content
Act as the go-to expert, setting the quality bar and mentoring others
Partner closely with product designers, engineers, brand, and marketing
