Sr. UX Designer

NovoEd is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of our innovative talent development platform. You will own key projects from concept to completion, partnering with product and engineering teams to create scalable, user-centered learning experiences. • Lead design for scalable, collaborative online learning experiences
• Own 1-2 major projects from exploration through implementation
• Partner closely with product management to define scope and solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• 7+ years of experience designing products at scale
• Expert proficiency in Figma and design systems
