UX Researcher / Usability Engineer Software & Hardware (m/f/d)

Agilent is seeking a Usability Engineer to ensure their software and hardware products are intuitive and meet user needs. You will lead usability evaluations, translate user behavior into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product development. This role involves advocating for usability best practices and contributing to process improvements.

• Establish and drive usability engineering across the organization
• Plan and conduct formative and summative usability evaluations for software and hardware
• Educate stakeholders on usability methods and best practices
• Translate user behavior into evidence-based findings and actionable recommendations
• Partner with UX designers, Product Managers, and R&D to validate concepts and solutions
• Own usability metrics, standards, and frameworks
