Senior Designer, UX

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design direction and systems for their Implantable Heart Failure Management products. This role involves setting design standards, owning design systems, and conducting usability engineering for regulatory submissions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product strategy.

• Set design direction and ensure quality for a significant product area
• Lead design systems work, including components, patterns, and accessibility
• Oversee usability engineering activities for regulatory submissions
• Act as a Human Factors Engineering contributor for Software as a Medical Device
• Influence product strategy and mentor other designers
• Requires 5 years of design experience and proficiency in Figma and usability tools
