Experience Design Lead

Salesforce is seeking an Experience Design Lead to own the design and content standards for AI and automation tools that enhance Customer Success Manager effectiveness. This hands-on role focuses on translating complex product thinking into clear language and polished deliverables, partnering with product leads on feature design and prototyping.

• Partner with product leads on feature design and prototyping
• Contribute UX writing, IA, and content direction
• Own voice, tone, and content standards for team output
• Build and maintain lightweight design and content guidelines
• Design and produce polished decks and communications
• Audit key assets to ensure alignment with documentation and delivery
