What we are looking for
6- Lead and mentor a team of visual designers
- Drive design quality and strategic execution for key accounts
- Develop and maintain scalable Design Systems
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Copywriters, Developers)
- Mastery of Figma, experience with motion design and prototyping tools
