Senior UI Designer I

HubSpot is seeking a Senior UI Designer to shape the visual direction of major digital experiences, focusing on creating clear, expressive, and accessible interfaces. You will translate user needs and business goals into intuitive designs, develop reusable design systems, and explore AI-assisted design tools. This role involves partnering across various teams and mentoring other designers.

• Lead visual design for major marketing projects and digital experiences
• Translate user needs and brand strategy into intuitive interfaces
• Set and evolve visual standards for typography, composition, and interaction
• Develop reusable design systems and UI standards
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and apply purposeful motion
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Research teams
