Senior Product Designer - Growth

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to focus on growth initiatives, simplifying complex systems and designing intuitive user experiences. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams, leveraging AI tools throughout the design process to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver high-quality frontend experiences. This role offers a high degree of ownership and impact within a fast-paced environment.

• Design end-to-end product experiences across Klaviyo's platform
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions
• Design AI-assisted experiences to help users create, decide, and act effectively
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional workflows
• Raise the quality of frontend experiences by proactively identifying and fixing UX issues
• Contribute to shared systems, patterns, and foundations across the product
