About this role

Alpha FMC is seeking an experienced UX Researcher for a contract role to lead user experience research for a new greenfield application within their Insurance Tech Services Division. This individual contributor role involves owning the research strategy from end to end, focusing on understanding user workflows, identifying unmet needs through observation and pattern recognition, and directly influencing product design decisions.
