Senior Product Designer II - Consumer Experiences

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create consumer-facing web and mobile experiences that serve as the entry point to their real estate platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive and user-centric experiences across multiple real estate brands, guiding consumers through their home search and agent connection journey.

• Design consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Lead discovery and research to understand consumer behaviors and pain points
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Ensure consistency and quality across multimodal experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders
• Contribute to consumer product strategy and design systems
