RTB House is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Poland. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of features for their AdTech platform, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams. This role involves conducting user research, working with a design system, and leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

• Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels
• Conduct UX research and data analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams
• Work within and expand the Design System in Figma
• Leverage modern AI tools in daily workflow
• 4+ years of design experience, with 2+ years in a product team
