Product Designer

Globalli is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join their Product team and contribute to the user experience of their platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to transform user problems into intuitive interfaces. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who thrives on detail, mentorship, and ownership.

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Contribute to and maintain the design system in Figma
• Partner with product managers and engineers
• Conduct user research and usability checks
• Prepare developer-ready designs and specs
• Translate complex workflows into simple interfaces
