Principal User Experience Designer

AirAsia MOVE is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead the evolution of their core travel booking experience for flights and hotels. This role focuses on UX architecture, user flows, and sophisticated motion design to create elegant and efficient journeys for millions of users. You will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with product and data teams to drive improvements.

• Lead end-to-end design of complex booking journeys
• Optimize conversion rates for flight and hotel products
• Integrate high-fidelity motion design and contribute to design system
• Mentor junior designers on craft, communication, and strategy
• Translate behavioral metrics and A/B test results into design improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders for technical feasibility
