• Lead product, design, and UX strategy for core banking platform
• Design high-quality interactive experiences across mobile and web
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on strategy and roadmap
• Provide feedback and direction to other designers
• Contribute to and utilize the Step Design System
• Experience leading design for consumer fintech products
