Human Centered Design Lead

Lead the integration of human-centered design principles across a protégé company, establishing design standards and embedding user-centered methods into workflows. You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, facilitate design thinking workshops, and ensure design solutions align with mission needs and agency priorities. This role requires translating complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly outputs for diverse stakeholders.

• Lead Human-Centered Design integration and establish HCD standards
• Embed user-centered methods into engineering and mission workflows
• Develop visual/interaction artifacts like wireframes and prototypes
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design and engineering teams
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct user research and ensure design outcomes support mission needs

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
