About this role

Gearbox Entertainment, part of 2K, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to enhance player navigation and understanding of in-game UI systems. This role involves close collaboration with lead designers, UI/UX directors, and art/code teams to ensure quality and accessibility.

What we are looking for

Collaborate with Lead UX Designer, UI/UX Director, Game Designers, and UI team
Ensure player understanding and navigation of UI systems
Define and maintain cohesive UX standards across menus and UI elements
Integrate accessibility best practices into daily work
Participate in implementing UI prototypes and fine-tuning game elements
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in games UI/UX
