Experience Design (XD) III, Product Design - Bank of America Experience Design

Bank of America's Experience Design team is seeking a senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of their enterprise-scale design system and AI-enabled software delivery ecosystem. This role focuses on architecting and delivering strategic solutions that integrate AI into the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, to improve efficiency and adoption of new technologies.

• Lead the evolution of the enterprise design system and AI-enabled software delivery ecosystem
• Architect and deliver strategic solutions including foundations, components, and features
• Enable AI-powered workflows across the software development lifecycle
• Advance machine-readable design standards and prompt-to-prototype workflows
• Influence and partner with diverse stakeholders including product management and engineering
• Drive adoption of new practices across a complex enterprise environment
