tastytrade is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance their mobile trading experience for active options and futures traders. This role involves tackling complex financial product design challenges in a regulated environment, requiring independence and strong product thinking.

• Own design for complex trading features across web, desktop, and mobile
• Collaborate as a peer with PMs and engineers, contributing to product direction
• Participate in discovery including user research and data review
• Design for iteration and measurable experiments
• Mentor other designers on product thinking and domain knowledge
• 8+ years of product design experience, with 3+ in regulated finance
