Lead Digital Designer

True Anomaly is seeking a Lead Digital Designer to shape our brand's presence across all digital platforms. You will lead the design of our website, editorial publications, and interactive experiences, translating strategy into compelling user journeys. This hands-on role requires a blend of visual craft, systems thinking, and a deep understanding of web design to create engaging and effective digital expressions of our brand.

• Lead design for True Anomaly's website, editorial publication, and interactive experiences
• Translate brand, content, and business strategy into compelling digital designs
• Develop and evolve reusable digital design systems and patterns
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and guide implementation
• Partner closely with developers, content strategists, and creative leadership
• Experience designing for editorial content and complex web ecosystems
