• Develop design strategies and creative solutions for client projects
• Lead conceptual exploration and ideation
• Partner with internal teams and clients to establish direction
• Develop integrated design ideas across digital and print channels
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and AI tools
