You will translate business priorities and user needs into intuitive journeys, workflows, and service improvements, ensuring solutions meet high usability and accessibility standards.

Define and lead experience strategy for IT Services Portfolio
Engineer simplified services and workflows for enterprise platforms
Design accessible end-to-end experiences and produce guiding artifacts
Conduct user research and validation to improve adoption
Partner with leaders to embed user-centered design
Develop enablement approaches to increase adoption and self-service
