Motion Designer

Figma is seeking a Motion Designer to join their Product Education team. This role focuses on creating engaging video tutorials and motion graphics to teach users how to effectively adopt Figma. You will collaborate with various teams to produce educational content that simplifies complex design concepts for beginners.

• Manage end-to-end video production from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with Education Designers and Content Strategists on scripts and voice overs
• Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and transitions
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to understand features
• Coordinate content positioning with Marketing, Brand, Community, and Growth teams
• Identify key success metrics and engage with users
