Intermediate Designer

AKQA is seeking an Intermediate Designer to craft high-quality design across print, digital, and campaign work. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring creative direction to life, exploring new ideas and refining details to create useful, intuitive, and culturally resonant work. This role offers the opportunity to own design tasks, build your craft, and contribute to the studio's creative culture.

• Design and deliver high-quality work across print, digital, and campaign formats
• Interpret briefs and explore creative routes with considered ideas and experimentation
• Own design tasks and smaller projects from concept through to final artwork
• Apply strong typography, layout, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Strategists, Technologists, and Copywriters
• Embrace new technologies and AI-enabled tools to elevate creative craft
