You will collaborate with product and engineering to shape the product's strategy and execution, focusing on simplicity, clarity, and high quality. This role is crucial for elevating the product's design to match the company's ambitious vision.

• Own end-to-end design for a major product surface, including strategy and outcomes
• Integrate design into strategic and product decisions from the outset
• Ship design solutions, from concept through detailed workflows
• Partner with product and engineering to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Develop scalable design patterns and thinking for product growth
• Contribute to an AI-native product, focusing on trust and leverage
