Product Designer, Collector Engagement

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Product Designer to craft engaging collector experiences. You will design how fans discover, understand, and progress through various programs, focusing on making complex systems intuitive and exciting. This role involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering to define mechanics and deliver end-to-end user interfaces.

• Design end-to-end collector experiences from flows to UI
• Make complex, rules-based mechanics easily understandable
• Design physical-to-digital interactions and reward flows
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on program mechanics
• Build and extend reusable design system components
• Validate designs with collectors and telemetry data
