About this role
Lead the UI/UX and Platform Design team at Google Operations Center (GOC) to create intuitive digital experiences. You will manage platform design maintenance, drive feature enhancements, and ensure design system consistency across all GOC enterprise tools.
What we are looking for

- Enforce design system alignment across enterprise tools
- Insulate core development sprints from BAU disruptions
- Establish feedback mechanisms for UI/UX friction
- Standardize platform support workflows with reusable assets
- 10+ years of UI/UX design and design system management experience
