UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will shape digital products and platforms for NCSS and the social service sector, improving effectiveness through user-centered design. You will conduct research, synthesize insights, and translate complex services into clear, accessible experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams from problem framing to delivery.

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Synthesize research and data into clear insights, user journeys, and opportunity areas
• Simplify complex workflows and information into intuitive, accessible experiences
• Create and iterate wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape feasible solutions
• Communicate design rationale and research findings clearly to stakeholders
