Product Design Lead

DubClub is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape the user experience for our mobile platform, serving both sports betting creators and their fans. You will own the design process from discovery to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build a seamless marketplace that empowers creators and delights fans. This is a hands-on role with significant influence over product strategy and execution.

• Lead product design for a dual-sided marketplace connecting sports betting creators and fans
• Design core fan journeys including discovery, subscription, onboarding, and engagement
• Develop tools for creators to build and manage subscription businesses
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
• Significant experience designing and shipping complex digital products
• Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, or creator tools
