Highbeam is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for their AI-powered business banking and cash management platform. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex financial concepts into simple, reliable user experiences for brand founders.

• Design end-to-end product experiences for financial workflows
• Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with product and engineers to iterate and ship quickly
• Contribute to shared design principles and patterns
• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech or SMB products
• High craft and strong UX rigor with focus on hierarchy, interaction, and polish
