Senior Designer

Compass is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create exceptional creative work for agents and elevate brand identities. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop design solutions, lead motion graphics projects, and design print and digital collateral. The ideal candidate will have strong branding skills, experience with scalable design systems, and proficiency in design software.

• Create exceptional creative work for agents and properties
• Develop scalable design systems and brand identities
• Design print and digital collateral including books, ads, and websites
• Lead design storyboarding for motion/animation projects
• Collaborate with Producers, Design Directors, and Marketing teams
• Mentor and provide feedback to other designers
