UX Researcher

Fundraise Up is seeking a UX Researcher to enhance how user research informs product decisions. You will lead complex research initiatives, build a scalable UX research practice within the Design team, and act as a change agent to evangelize UX research across the company. This role requires a strong understanding of research methodologies and a proactive approach to driving user-centered product development.
