(Senior) Director UX, Operations

Lead UX strategy and quality for HelloFresh's Operations organization, focusing on AI-native practices and internal tools. This role involves driving innovation across menu planning, fulfillment, supply chain, and warehouse technology, while building and scaling a design platform. You will manage a distributed team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the company's AI-first agenda.

• Lead UX strategy for Operations including menu planning, fulfillment, and supply chain
• Build and scale an AI-native design practice and platform
• Drive innovation in internal tools for operators, planners, and analysts
• Manage and develop a distributed UX team across geographies
• Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders on company-wide strategy
• Requires 10+ years in UX/product design with leadership experience
