(1520) Senior UX/UI - Product Designer

Nortal is seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join their LATAM remote team. This role involves developing digital experiences from concept to final design, leading brainstorming sessions, and championing user-centered design principles. You will contribute to the design system, partner with developers, and mentor junior designers.

• Develop and deliver designs from initial concepts to pixel-perfect final designs
• Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions
• Champion mobile-first, user-centered design principles
• Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system
• Present design concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholders
• Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation
